Listing Approval: Some Free Listings (Last Tribute, Emergency) are subject to review and approval by Revoo to ensure content quality and relevance.
2. Listing Plans and Payments
Free Listings: Last Tribute listing is available at no cost.
Paid Listings: Regular or Featured, New Openings, Events, Offers, Celebrations are available for a fee, offering enhanced visibility and additional promotional benefits.
Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Pricing Changes: Revoo reserves the right to revise pricing or plans at any time, with prior notice on the website.
3. Content Ownership and Responsibility
Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images, and information shared in their listings.
Revoo does not verify each listing’s authenticity but reserves the right to remove any misleading or inappropriate content.
By submitting content, you grant Revoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and promote your business details on the platform.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Copy, scrape, or misuse data from the website.
- Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
5. Coupon Terms & Conditions
- Coupons are offered by the business listed on Revooo and are subject to the business's approval and availability.
- Each coupon can be claimed only once per user unless stated otherwise.
- A valid mobile number may be required to verify and claim a coupon.
- Coupons are valid only until the expiry date shown on the coupon.
- The coupon can only be used at the business it is issued for and cannot be used with any other business.
- The discount, minimum purchase amount and other offer details are displayed on the coupon.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.
- Unless mentioned otherwise, coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions.
- The business has the right to verify the coupon before accepting it.
- Revooo only provides the platform for businesses to publish coupons. The business is solely responsible for accepting and honoring the coupon.
- Revooo is not responsible if a business changes, suspends or withdraws an offer after it has been published.
- Any misuse, fraudulent activity or creation of multiple mobile numbers to claim coupons may result in the coupon being cancelled and the mobile number being restricted.
- Businesses may refuse a coupon if its terms and conditions are not met.
- Revooo reserves the right to modify or remove any coupon or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revoo acts solely as an information and listing platform. We do not guarantee business performance, product quality, or service outcomes.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our platform or dealings between users and listed businesses.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account or listings at our discretion if any Terms are violated or in case of misuse.
8. Changes to Terms
Revoo may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
